If you’re tired of spending late-night hours trying to figure out how to solve a tech issue on your website, I’m here to help. All I ask is that you pay for the coffee I drink while I solve your problem.

You can use this trade for themes installation, plugin debugging, newsletter integration, and more.

How it works

You fill out the tech support form below (or DM me on Twitter). I’ll ask for login credentials to your website including hosting credentials if necessary. You’ll also receive an estimated time of completion.

To start the project, you’ll pick out and send a Starbucks gift card to my email (brittany@xobritdear.com) for any amount you choose. Your project will be completed in as little as an hour.

How do I get started?

How long will it take?

I can complete most requests within an hour. I will send you an email with a completion time and a verification of the project. If you need help after business hours (after 5PM EST Tuesday-Friday) please DM me on Twitter.

What information do you need?

I will ask for login information for your website or newsletter. If I am working on your website, I will also ask for hosting information.

Can I pay another way?

Yes! If you cannot create a Starbucks eCard, or don’t want to, you can send your payment (of any amount) to my PayPal account: paypal.me/xobritdear

What is not included in this service?

Custom design is not covered by the tech support trade. You may request minor tweaks like a menu bar edit, a link color change, or a fix of a broken design (for example a menu bar not working on mobile).

Web site redesigns, custom page designs, image design, design critiques, and logo design are not covered by this trade.
